Yes, they may be as irritating as hell, but they mean well and may have important parts to play in the future. IF, they are encouraged. IF, they are given a mentor that that can look up to and respect. IF they are given a chance and IF they aren’t continually chastised to being annoying and clumsy. They are learning and what’s more important, they WANT to learn.
